Human beings are under increasing pressure created by the numerous roles and sometimes exponentially growing number of daily tasks and obligations. This affects their sense of well-being, the psychodynamics in their relationships, and consequently the quality of organizational life in their workplaces. I help them in forging strategies, tactics, and processes of personal and organizational development to continuously achieve personal and organizational visions, and goals and live fulfilling, satisfying lives while making a significant contribution to their communities.

Learning, development and VR

My career path has spanned business domains that rarely come together: the passion I feel for personal and organizational development and L&D is as strong as my interest in design and immersive technologies. I enjoy creating, authoring, and implementing educational initiatives and consulting processes that result in personal and organizational transformations with a pinch of VR content and graphic design.

Personal track record

I have personally worked with well over 100 business organizations and more than 10,000 business people, family business owners, C-level executives, middle and lower managers, employees at capillary levels of organizations, as well as start-up entrepreneurs and interns. For decades, employees in my companies have changed organizational realities with more than 300 business organizations and over 50,000 people based on my instructional designs.

Effective processes

In the early 2000s, at a time when the use of metaphorical images was not yet a widely known method in the world of business education, I created my first transformative workshop based on this very method. Since 2016, I have been actively developing competencies in the field of virtual reality (VR) technologies, L&D, and personal transformation. The most frequent comments I receive during reflective circles at the end of my workshops and training are that multi-day processes strongly focus attention, encourage targeted changes, arouse interest, and strengthen team cohesion and engagement.

Transformative workshops

I provide transformative workshops and skills-based/action-oriented training services. In addition, I implement executive coaching programs, design immersive onboarding processes, conduct research projects on employee motivation and satisfaction, deliver train-the-trainer programs, and create a variety of types of learning content such as scenario-based learning in VR, infographic/multimedia job aids, and the like.

HR advisory

In the post-covid markets, I notice an increased interest in the processes of attracting and retaining workers, to which I respond with my own, proprietary model. I conduct training programs, mentoring processes, and HR advisory interventions related to the topics of leadership, teamwork, development of sales skills, successful communication, motivation, self-motivation, personal mastery, emotional intelligence, building healthy/functional relationships, presentation skills, time and stress management to name a few.

In retrospect, I am proud of numerous successes of the organizational culture transformation projects that I facilitated in my clients' companies, as well as the projects of building the human resources function, creating train-the-trainer teams, and implementing various mediation and change implementation projects.

Whether for work, professional development, or pleasure, I have traveled to dozens of countries. I feel just as comfortable in Davos, Vienna, London, and Chicago as I do in Auckland New Zealand, Tokyo, or any city in Eastern Europe.

I am a family man, a passionate long-distance runner, a hiker, book lover, and a cineast.
